It really was such an amazing experience! We saw so many animals in their land, which was a land untouched and of their own original habitat. I think one of the most exciting times was when a lion had killed a wildebeest (we did not actually see the kill, but came when the lioness and her family were eating the wildebeest). Behind the lioness, we saw some zebras moving to the right towards some other zebras and wildebeest. After this, these same zebras and wildebeest turned around and moved to the left walking behind the lioness, while at the same time we saw animals which were migrating (like zebras) follow and form a line behind the other zebras and wildebeest, banding together with the wildebeest family herd forming a line. The line of animals was so long. The animals all formed a line walking behind the lioness, around in a semi-circle and around where we were parked, and then curved until the front of the line was facing the lioness. We were all in awe as we watched this formation occur, wondering what was going on and wondering what was going to happen. The line of animals stood opposite the lioness and staring at her, approaching close to her….. indicating that they were all one and did not like her killing one of them. The lioness at first seemed very surprised. However, as the group of animals kept staring at her, she became first a little agitated, and then she started getting angry. She stood up and looked at them. The animals kept staring at her. When she started to walk forward a few steps, a couple of the wildebeest moved back. What was unbelievable was how the zebras kept their stance not moving. Only when the lioness took a few more steps forward did some of the zebras move back a few steps. This whole situation showed to us how all the animals talked together making a pact to stand against the lioness, supporting the wildebeest family. These were animals behaving just as we humans would behave to support our own family and friends. Truly an amazing experience!

The whole experience was magical Our guide Erick was superb. He knew the lay of the land and took us exactly where the action was Would definitely return for another safari adventure trip with this company and hopefully get Eric again The arrangements were perfect and food was always good

Africa Trip 2026. From the time we landed at Jomo Kenyantta International Airport on the evening of August till we were dropped at Arusha airport in Tanzania in the afternoon of September, Safari Kannadiga team took care of us exceptionally well. Guides in Kenya and Tanzania were very experienced in driving, showing us animals that were hidden in bushes, explaining about the animals, names of the animals, etc. Food was excellent in all the places we visited. Tents were very comfortable surrounded by wild animals like Zebras, Wildebeests, Impalas, hippos, hyenas etc. Everybody goes to Maasai Mara during this season to watch the world famous wildebeest migration. We could not see it in Maasai Mara in spite of waiting for 6 hours. The wildebeest came so close to get into the Mara river, but retracted. We returned disappointed and proceeded to Tanzania. To our bewilderment the first thing we saw in Serengiti was the same Migration at the Mara river on the Tanzania side where there were millions of wildebeest crossing the Mara River and giving us an experience of a lifetime. Patience and Perseverance thus pay on an African Safari. There were regular follow up by Safari Kannadiga Management to ensure that we were comfortable and safe. We had a great time and a wonderful experience!! Thank you Safari Kannadiga for making it happen!!

We recently completed our Kenya safari covering Nairobi, Amboseli, Lake Naivasha, Maasai Mara and Lake Nakuru, and it was truly a trip we will cherish for a lifetime. From the very beginning, the entire experience was smooth, comfortable and very well organised. There was a lot of coordination involved across different destinations, accommodations, game drives and long road journeys, but everything went seamlessly. We never had to worry about what was happening next, and that made a huge difference to our overall experience. A very special mention has to go to our guide and driver, Charles. He was one of the biggest reasons this safari was so enjoyable. He was extremely knowledgeable about the wildlife, patient, friendly and genuinely passionate about what he does. He had an excellent eye for spotting animals that we would have easily missed, and he always took the time to explain their behaviour and what we were seeing. What we particularly appreciated was that Charles understood that we weren’t simply interested in ticking animals off a list. He helped us experience the wildlife — whether it was waiting patiently to watch elephants, following lions, finding the leopard in a tree, getting us close to giraffes and rhinos, or taking us to the Mara River. He was also very attentive to our comfort throughout the long game drives and journeys. The safari itself gave us so many unforgettable moments — elephants with Kilimanjaro in the background in Amboseli, elephants play-fighting at sunset, walking among giraffes on Crescent Island, the incredible lion families in Maasai Mara, a leopard eating a warthog from a tree, a cheetah resting beside a fresh impala kill, animals crossing the Mara River, the white rhino family in Nakuru, and finally hundreds of flamingos and a group of 24 giraffes on our last morning. Another thing that made the trip particularly special was the surprise birthday cake arranged for my wife at Maasai Mara. It was such a thoughtful gesture and completely unexpected from Tilak. Knowing that the he had personally arranged it made the celebration even more meaningful. It was a beautiful surprise that I will always remember from this trip. ❤️ We also really appreciated the comfort of the Land Cruiser, especially during the long drives and full-day game drives. Having a private vehicle and being able to spend time observing an animal without feeling rushed made the experience much more enjoyable. Overall, this was much more than a holiday for us. Kenya had been a childhood dream of mine, and the way this trip was organised allowed us to experience it with very little stress and maximum enjoyment. A huge thank you to the entire team, and especially to Tilak for organising the whole trip seamlessly and Charles, for making our safari experience so memorable. We came back with thousands of photographs, countless stories and memories that we will carry with us for a very long time.
